Description/Agenda: SALINA CITY PLANNING & ZONING PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing March 16, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on a zone change from a Single-Family Residential Zone (R-1) to a Two-Family Residential Zone (R-2). The property is located within and bounded on the west by 300 West, bounded on the north by 400 North, bounded on the east by 400 West, and bounded on the south by 300 North. The purpose of the change is to allow for two-family residential dwellings.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING & ZONING MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the Planning & Zoning Meetings, please notify Kathy Maxwell, City Treasurer, (435) 529-7304, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
