Welcome and call meeting to order 2. Discussion and Consideration: Approval of Minutes from January 18, 2017. 3. Discussion and Consideration: Plat amendment for Travis & Shannon Pearce. To combine lots K-6-167A and K-6-168A in Flaming Gorge Lake Meadows Subdivision. This will also vacate that section of Pheasant Avenue. GIS has approved the plat. 4. Discussion and Consideration: Plat amendment for Mark Cook. To combine lots 53, 54, 55,66,67,68 in Plat A of Taylor Flat in Brown's Park, Utah. GIS has approved the plat. 5. Discussion and Consideration: Charles Forrester. Meat Cutting Facility at 1727 E. Green acres. 6. Discussion and Consideration: Shane Niederer. Would like to establish a short term rental at 855 West Hwy 43, Manila, Utah. 7. Discussion and Consideration: GIS Daggett County Zone Map 8. Building Permit Report 9. Public Lands Report 10. Old Business/Follow Up: - Violations at Taylor Flat - Daggett County Resource Management Plan - Camping trailer Ordinance. Article VI Section 622. - Training: Land Use Training; March 11, 2016.
