Discussion/possible action on proposed tax rate for tax year 2010. [Lynn Fortie] b. Discussion and possible action on Resolution No. 2010-07 Interlocal Agreement with Weber County Animal Services. [Chad Ferrin] c. Discussion and possible action on revised site plan, conditional acceptance, and cash escrow exception for The Georgian at Colonial Springs. [Jerry Preston] d. Discussion and possible action on ratification of 750 West Storm Drain Project awarded to Marsh Construction. [Gene Bingham] e.
