Lehi City Council and the Redevelopment Agency of Lehi City Meeting Agenda Notice is hereby given that Lehi City Council and the Redevelopment Agency of Lehi City will conduct its regularly scheduled Lehi City Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi City Council Chambers (Pre-Council will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room), located at 153 North 100 East, Lehi, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: Pre-Council 5:30 p.m. 1. UDOT – Review of Revisions to the proposed Landscaping along SR-92. 2. Administrative Report – Jamie Davidson 3. Mayor/Council Round Table 4. Closed Session – Litigation/Personnel/Real Estate Acquisition Public Hearing 7:00 p.m. 1. Lehi City – Public hearing for citizen input into amendments to the Lehi City Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2010-2011. (Brenn ByBee) (Tab A) 2. Mountain Point Office Plaza – Requests approval of an amendment to the Mountain Point Office Plaza Condominium Project located at 2940 West Maple Loop in an existing RC (Resort Community) zone. (Tab B) 3. Val Gibson – Request for Preliminary and Final Subdivision approval of Cambridge Court Plat A, a 15- lot residential subdivision located at approximately 1550 East 300 North in an existing R-1-10 (single family residential) zone. (Tab C) 4. Mountain Home Development – Request for approval of an amendment to the Traverse Mountain Area Plan, amending the Cresthaven Village pod located at 2000 West Traverse Mountain Blvd. from a C (Commercial) to an HDR (High Density Residential) land use designation. Drew Downs – Request for approval of a Zone District Map Amendment on approximately 1 acre of property located at 2400 West 700 South from an A-5 (Agriculture)zone to an R-1-12 (Residential) zone. Ivory Homes – Request for approval of amendments to the Ivory Ridge Area Plan located at 3200 North Center Street in a PC (Planned Community) zone, amending mixed use live/work units to condominiums and office, and an area from low density single family to medium density single family use. Merrill Jolley –Storm Drain System O&M for the I-15 project from Lehi Main Street south. (Tab G) 10. Ryan Bybee – Request for approval of a Concept Plan for Spring Ranch, a single family residential development located at approximately 1350 North 2400 West in an existing R-1-22 (Residential/Agriculture) zone. (Tab H) 11. McArthur Homes – Requests Final Subdivision approval for Thanksgiving Meadows, D2, a 27-lot residential development located at approximately 3200 North in an R-2 PUD zone. (Tab I) 12. Box Elder Properties – Request approval of an extension of time to record the Arnold Estates, a 35-lot residential subdivision located at 1500 North 2100 West in an existing R-1-12 (single family residential) zone.
