- The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday February 27, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cattlemen's Hall, 911 W. Center , Oakley, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss, with possible recommendation a Conditional Use Permit for a Kennel License. The property is located at 575 E. Boulderville Road. Applicant is Badlands Ranch LLC.
