NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a meeting on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 12:00 noon. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1)Consideration of the Adoption of a Resolution of the City Council of Gunnison City, Utah Authorizing the Local Building Authority of Gunnison City, Utah to Issue $275,000 Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2010 (Federally Taxable – Build America Bonds (Direct Payment) for the Purpose of Financing Improvements to the New City Hall and Related Improvements; and Related Matters. 2)Discuss Impact Fees for new Restroom Facility at Gunnison Valley High School. 3)Update on City Hall 4)Report regarding 4th of July 5)Discussion regarding Swimming Pool Local Building Authority Agenda Language 6)Consideration of the Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing $275,000 Lease Revenue Bonds. Series 2010 (Federally Taxable – Build America Bonds (Direct Payment) for the Purpose of Financing Improvements to the New City Hall and Related Improvements; Authorizing a First Amendment to Lease, First Amendment to Ground Lease, First Amendment to master Resolution and First Amendments to Security Documents; Providing for the Payment and Security of the Bonds; and Related Matters 7) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 2 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
