- On January 15, 2017 a notice was published that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL would conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 6:10 p.m. to receive public input and consider for approval a request from Leslie Curtis for the construction of a multi-family dwelling (a duplex) at 1025 East Main. Said property currently has an existing home on the lot. Said public hearing is hereby canceled.
