- PUBLIC NOTICE The Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Gunnison City Hall located at 38 West Center. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding: 1. Proposed zone change request at approximately 98 West 600 South. The proposed zone change is from RR-1 to R-2-10. In compliance with ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Janell Braithwaite at the Gunnison City offices, 38 West Center, Gunnison, Utah (435-528-7969) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
