- Final Site Plan and Low Impact Permit Park City Business Center Lot 5 (Parcel PCBC-5, 0.93 ac.) 4285 N Forestdale Dr, Park City, Summit County, UT 84098 Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly recommend approval of a Final Site Plan and Low Impact Permit for the construction of a 13,000 square foot indoor shooting range located at 4285 North Forestdale Drive, in the Snyderville Basin, Summit County, UT. The public hearing will be held: Tuesday, July 13, 2010, 7:00 p.m. Richins Building (Summit County Library) 1885 W Ute Blvd (formerly 6505 N. Landmark Dr.) Park City, Utah 84098 The 31-lot Park City Business Center plat was approved in 2005 on 90 acres of land, of which approximately 48 acres were zoned Service Commercial/Light Industrial. The applicants are seeking approval of a Final Site Plan and a Low Impact Permit to operate an indoor shooting range within the Service Commercial/Light Industrial zone.
