Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 during the regularly scheduled council meeting at 8 pm to hear public comment on the proposed land swap. The properties involved are located at 1364 S 1050 E containing 3.61 acres of property and at 839 East Factory Street containing 11.78 acres of property.
