- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the city office located at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Leslie Curtis for the construction of a muliti-family dwelling (a duplex) at 1025 East Main. Said property currently has an existing home on the lot. Said property is in the RA-1/2 zone.
