The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Discuss then consider for approval a concept plan for the Parker Estate Subdivision consisting of a total of 21 lots from 800 to 900 South and from Center street to approximately 80 West. 9. Discuss options for citizen appointments to the Planning Commission, Board of Adjustments, and Historical Commission. 10. Discuss options for replacing the sidewalk on Main Street between 100 East and 200 East. 11. Discuss the possibility of hiring a part time person to help with storm water inspections and documentation for Wellsville City. 12. Department reports 13. City Manager/Recorders report.
