MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m.; the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2017 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Election of 2017 Chair and Vice-chair. 4. Discussion/action on amended site plan for Weber School District at 250 North 1600 West. 5. Discussion/action on subdivision amendment and site plan for Elite Car Wash at 1031 West 1200 South: Brad Hart. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance for Outdoor Lighting and Dark Sky. 7. Annual Training: a. Open and Public Meetings Act. b. Non-discrimination. 8. Commission and staff follow-up. 9. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about January 12, 2017.
