Description/Agenda: NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearings at its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing to Receive Public Comment regarding the Proposed Preliminary Plans for Phase 2 of the River Bend Subdivision Located at Approximately 400 South and 200 East 2. Proposed Approval to Recommend Approved Subdivision Application with Requirements to the City Council for Consideration 3. Discuss 2017 Meeting Schedule 4.
