NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at the Gunnison City Park, 45 West 300 North, beginning at 12:00 noon. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1)Adopt proposed Fire Station Fee of $1.50 to be added to each water bill. The fee is to support the Joint Fire Station that has been built in Gunnison City, Utah. 2)Adopt Proposed Amendment of Resolution 2003-2 involving Culinary Water Service assessed on a monthly basis. Define all locations affected and late penalty assessments 3)Approval of part-time officer – Brad Bradley 4) Discuss Fee Schedule for new City Hall Rental – 5)Finalize 4th of July 6)Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 7)Closed Session 8) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 2 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
