- January 10th, 2017 The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the upcoming concealed weapon board hearing. The hearing will take place on Tuesday January 10th at 9:00 am. The hearing will be held in the front conference room located at 3888 w 5400 s right behind McDonalds. If you are unable to attend this hearing please call our office at 965-4544.
