Audit presentation for the 2015-16 budget - Caleb Rees, Rees Certified Public Accountants 2. Consideration and approval of engagement letter from Rees Certified Public Accountant, PC for auditor services, FY 2016-17 3. Public Hearing - The Town of Springdale requests a building size increase for a new water treatment facility, located at approximately 144 Lion Boulevard in the Public Use zone. 4. Discussion and possible action regarding: 1) request for interpretation of section 8-1-20 of the Town Code concerning the use of a private water pressure booster pump system, and 2) request for maintenance agreement between the Town of Springdale and The Mesa for maintenance responsibility of a private water pressure booster system. 5. Request for modifications to a non-complying commercial building, the Giant Screen Theater, located at 145 Zion Park Blvd. 6. Review and possible action concerning the business license revocation of Zion Sandwiches, LLC, Izzy Poco LLC, Zion Jitterbean dba Tsunami Juice and Java for being identified as out of compliance with prevailing zoning ordinances 7. Presentation of environmental report on the water treatment facility - Sunrise Engineering 8. Report and possible approval of a donation from the Town of Springdale to the Rockville/Springdale Fire Protection District for equipment purchase - Luci Francis 9. Reconsideration and possible approval of lease contract for parking area located at 2381 Zion Park Boulevard - Rod Perry 10. Review and approval of Mutual Aid Agreement between Zion National Park and the Town of Springdale - Chief Brecke 11. Appointment of Jeffrey Carlson as Historic Preservation Commissioner for term expiring January 1, 2019 12. Resolution 2017-01, Revising the fee schedule for Town operations, including Wireless Communication Facilities application fee and water rate increases - effective February 1, 2017 13. Appointment of Mayor pro tempore 14. Resolution 2017-02, Appointment of Stanley J. Smith to the Washington County Solid Waste District Board - effective January 1, 2017 15.
