- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the City office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Leslie Curtis for the construction of a multi-family dwelling (a duplex) at 1025 East Main. Said property has an existing home on the lot. Said property is in the RA-1/2 zone.
