- GUNNISON CITY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive public comment regarding the proposed preliminary plans for Phase 2 of the River Bend Subdivision located at approximately 400 South and 200 East. In compliance with the ADA, citizens in need of assistance may contact City Offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
