Beginning at 6:30 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: A. Receive pubic input, then consider for possible approval the resolution to ratify and authorize the City's utility billing rate structure of $3.00 per utility bill to continue 12. Beginning at 6:40 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: A. Receive pubic input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Bankhead Subdivision consisting of a total of 14 lots from 800 to 900 South and from Center Street to 100 East. 13. Byron Anderson-Present the preliminary plan for the Byron Anderson Subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on the property at 68 North 200 West 14. Diana Cannell-Present the 2015/2016 Audit report 15. Jonathan Cook-Presentation for the future growth of the Wellsville Dam Park at 500 South 100 East. 16. Discuss future green waste location, 17.
