NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Public Hearing with its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1)7:00-7:30 p.m. – PUBLIC HEARING to receive public comment on a proposed Fire Station Fee of $1.50 to be added to each water bill. The fee is to support the Joint Fire Station that has been built in Gunnison City, Utah. 2)7:30-8:00 p.m. - PUBLIC HEARING to receive public Comment on Proposed Amendment of Resolution 2003-2 involving Culinary Water Service Charges assessed on a monthly basis. Discuss all Locations including Late Penalty 3)8:00-8:30 p.m. – PUBLIC HEARING to receive public comment and reopen the 2009-2010 budget including budget transfers. 4)8:30-9:00 p.m. – PUBLIC HEARING to receive public comment on Proposed Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Operating and Capital Budgets for Gunnison City, Proposed Fee Waivers and Donations, Fee Schedule Changes, and Compensation of Statutory Employees 5)Gunnison Valley Hospital Board Members Report– Sara Donaldson 6)Discuss Phone System at new City Hall- 7)Proposed Resolution of the Gunnison City Council Providing Construction and Design Specifications, Resolution 2010-2 8)Proposed Resolution of the Gunnison City Council Providing for a Land Use Ordinance Administrative Manual, Resolution 2010-3. 9)Proposed Ordinance of the Gunnison City Council amending the Gunnison City Development Code, existing on June 30, 2010 and adopting the Gunnison City Zoning Ordinance, a Land use Ordinance of Gunnison City, Utah, effective July 1, 2010, Ordinance 2010-2. 10)Proposed Ordinance of the Gunnison City Council amending the Gunnison City Development Code, existing June 30, 2010 and adopting the Gunnison City Subdivision Ordinance, a Land use ordinance of Gunnison City, Utah and effective July 1, 2010, Ordinance 2010-3. 11)4th of July Celebration 12)Gunnison Equestrian Park – Beth Wilson 13)Irrigation line to new City Hall – Jeremy Pickett 14)Discuss Fee Schedule for new City Hall Rental 15)Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 16)Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes Open and Closed for June 2, 2010 17)Closed Session 18)Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
