MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2016 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Monthly financial report. 4. Convene Marriott-Slaterville Community Development and Renewal Agency: a. Public Hearing on proposed Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan Project Jeremiah's West at approximately 1200 West 1200 South. b. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting proposed Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan Project Jeremiah's West. c. Adjourn Marriott-Slaterville Community Development and Renewal Agency and reconvene City Council. 5. Presentation of the Annual Independent Audit. 6. Discussion/action on acceptance of the Annual Independent Audit Report. 7. Community Awards. 8. Discussion/action on 2017 Meeting Schedule. 9. Adjourn meeting until January 19, 2017. 10. Convene Christmas Party with Planning Commission and volunteers in Multi-purpose Room. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about December 8, 2016. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda. BECKY L.
