- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by Electronic Device. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION - City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of November 9, 2016 5. Public Forum 6. Review Item 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed amendments to Title 19, Zoning Ordinance and Title 20, Subdivision Ordinance 7. Commission and Staff Reports 8. Adjournment I, Kim E.
