Description/Agenda: NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold consecutive Public Hearings at its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, which meeting shall begin at 5:00 p.m. 1. A Proposed Lot Split Request at Approximately 155 South Main ~ Gunnison City 2. A Proposed Lot Split at Approximately 500 West Center ~ Seth Hendrickson 3. Proposed Amendments to Chapter 19, Sign Standards, Gunnison Zoning Ordinance, and including, but not limited to, Proposed Amendment to Table 19-1, Allowed Signs in the Residential and Commercial-1 Zoning District 4.
