NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Marriott Slaterville Community Development and Renewal Agency (the 'Agency') will hold a public hearing on December 15, 2016, at 6:30 pm at Marriott Slaterville City located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah 84404, to consider the Jeremiah West Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan (the 'Plan') consisting of approximately 14.49 acres of land with existing improvements located at approximately 1300 West and 1200 South in Marriott-Slaterville City, an area more commonly known as part of the property occupied by Jeremiah's restaurant and the High Country Inn Best Western motel, and also described by the following parcel numbers: 15-062-0006, 15-062-0007, 15-062-0011, 15-062-0076, 15-062-77, 15-062-0078, 15-062-0079, 15-062-0080, 15-062-0082, 15-062-0083, 15-062-0010, 15-062-0063, 15-062-0086 and 15-062-0059. The Plan is available, including property details, for inspection at the Agency's office located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah 84404 during regular business hours. For more information, contact Becky Burt at (801) 627-1919. Interested persons may appear at the public hearing and comment on the Plan, including whether it should be revised, approved, or rejected. Any person objecting to the Plan or contesting the regularity of any of the proceedings to adopt the Plan may appear at the hearing to show cause why the Plan should not be adopted. Interested persons are invited to submit comments to the Agency concerning the Plan before the date of the hearing at the Agency's office at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah 84404.
