AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION DECEMBER 7, 2016 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on December 7, 2016 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary plan for the F-Pulley Subdivision, consisting of three lots, located in the vicinity of 470 North 357 West, in the R-1-7,500 Residential zone. 3. Review and action on the final plat of the F-Pulley Subdivision, consisting of three lots, located in the vicinity of 470 North 357 West, in the R-1-7,500 Residential zone. 4. Hearing, review and action on a commercial site plan for 'Meadows Plat K Amended and Extended', located in the vicinity of 268 North 750 West, in the SC-1 Planned Shopping Center zone. 5. Review and action on the final plat of American Fork Commercial Center Plat K Amended and Extended, consisting of three lots, located in the vicinity of 268 North 750 West, in the SC-1 Planned Shopping Center zone. 6. Hearing, review and action on a commercial site plan for the Krieger Storage Unit Project, located at 326 South 860 East, in the PC Planned Community zone. 7. Review and action on a commercial site plan for Kentucky Fried Chicken located at 439 East State Road in the GC-1 General Commercial zone. 8. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for the Cottages at Lakeside, consisting of 270 units, located at 750 West 200 South in the TOD - Transit Oriented Development zone. 9. Hearing, review and action on an amendment to the land use element of the American Fork City General Plan in the vicinity of the American Fork UTA FrontRunner Station (also referred to as the 'Station Area Plan', 'Transit Oriented Development Plan') located within an approximate radius of 1/2 mile from 782 West 200 South. 10.
