Description/Agenda: GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold Consecutive Public Hearings on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 5:00 p.m. to receive public comment on: 1. A proposed Lot Split Request at Approximately 155 South Main ~ Gunnison City 2. A Proposed Lot Split Request at Approximately 500 West Center ~ Seth Hendrickson 3. Proposed Amendments to Chapter 19, Sign Standards, Gunnison Zoning Ordinance, and including, but not limited to, Proposed Amendment to Table 19-1, Allowed Signs in the Residential and Commercial-1 Zoning District In compliance with ADA, citizens in need of assistance may contact City Offices at 435-528-7969 at least 24 hours prior to meeting.
