MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2016 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Monthly financial report. 4. Business License: a. JDML Corporation, sales, 865 W 12th Street, sales. b. Jerry Stanger, 1352 W 700 S, home occupation - small metal work. 5. Public Hearing: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - First Public Hearing. 6. Discussion/action on 2017-18 Capital Investments Plan. 7. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting amended Sign Regulations. 8. Discussion/action on Ordinance amend the height of accessory buildings in certain zones. 9. Event Planning: a. Breakfast with Santa - Saturday, December 10, at 9:00 AM at City Hall. b. Christmas Party. 10. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 11. Adjourn until December 15, 2016. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 10, 2016. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda. BECKY L.
