Read and Approve Minutes. 2. Review City Code Regarding Placement of Additional Multi-Unit Housing ~ Bryan Young 3. Discuss Frontage Requirements for Proposed Duplex Site at Approximately 65 East 200 South ~ Trent Taylor 4. Discuss Hendrickson Subdivision, Rocky Point Estates, and Needed Requirements to Proceed ~ Seth Hendrickson 5.
