- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Harrisville City Council will hold public hearings on Tuesday June 8, 2010 at 7:00 pm during its scheduled council meeting at City Hall located at 363 W Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah as follows: 1) resolution amending city budget for FY 2009-10 in accordance with UCA 10-6-127; 2) resolution adopting final city budget for FY 2010-11 in accordance with UCA 10-6-113; 3) resolution increasing residential garbage and sewer rates. All interested persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard, for or against, the estimates of the revenue and expenditures or any item thereof in the tentative budget of any fund. Copies of the tentative budget are available at the city office during regular business hours. Individuals requiring special accommodation please contact Jennifer Morrell at 801-782-4100 three days before the hearing.
