- Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-502 notice is hereby given that the Harrisville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 9, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., in the Harrisville City Office located at 363 W. Independence, Harrisville, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to an Ordinance amending the Zoning Map for Parcel Number 110390006 from A-1 to C-2P, an Ordinance providing a deadline for plan submissions, and an Ordinance repealing and re-enacting Chapter 4.20 to regulate vacant buildings and nuisance premises. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify Jennie Knight at 801-782-4100 ext. 1000 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
