NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX On October 25, 2016, the City Council of American Fork, Utah, adopted Resolution No. 2016-10-35R, indicating its intent to annex the following described real property: Dixie Fenn American Fork Plat A Annexation (600 South 800 West) A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 22 AND SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 1 EAST, SALT LAKE BASE & MERIDIAN, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT THAT IS N.89°52'20'E. 979.44' ALONG THE SECTION LINE AND NORTH 598.42' FROM THE SOUTH 1/4 CORNER OF SAID SECTION 22; THENCE N.1°25'04'W. 49.25' TO A POINT ON A NON-TANGENT 567.00-FOOT CURVE TO THE RIGHT, SAID POINT ALSO BEING ON THE BOUNDARY OF THE HARBOR ENTERPRISES ANNEXATION PLAT; THENCE THE ARC OF SAID CURVE 96.44' (CHORD BEARS S.85°48'16'W. 96.32') AND SAID PLAT; THENCE N.89°19'23'W. Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing on December 13, 2016, at 7:25 p.m. in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposed annexation. The City Council will act to annex the above described real property unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the annexation are filed by the owners of real property in accordance with applicable provisions of UCA 10-2-418. Copies of a map showing the location of the annexation area are available for review by the public at the City Recorders Office, 51 East Main Street, during normal business hours.
