- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the city offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive a pubic input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Byron Anderson Subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on the property at 68 North 200 West.
