The Midvale City Department of Community Development is reviewing a request from Gold Lion LLC for an Administrative Conditional Use Permit to provide a minor vehicle sales use located at 7730 South Oak Street, #3. Written public comments regarding this request will be accepted until 5 pm, November 9, 2016. Comments must be mailed, e-mailed, faxed or hand delivered to Midvale City by this date.
