Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows:1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. At 6:05 open for public input/department reports 8. At 6:15 conduct a public hearings to receive public input then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for approval a request from Anselmo and Madison Caballero that property at approx. 4625 South Highway 89/91 be rezoned from RA-1 to RA-1/2 9. Review for approval the Final Plat for the Parker Subdivision containing a total of 4 lots plus a remainder parcel (3 additional building lots) on property from 31 East to 100 East between 400 South to 500 South 10. Adopt a resolution adopting the "2009 Municipal Wastewater Planning Program" 11. Update, approval of actions necessary to continue with the design, financing and necessary actions to continue progress for the new 1,000,000 gallon reservior 12. Continued discussion of action to take or not to take on the parking of trailers, vehicles and equipment on city street right-of-ways 12. Department reports 13. City Manager/Recorders report
