- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS will conduct a public hearing as part of its meeting on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the City Office building at 75 East Main in Wellsville at 6:05 p.m. The board shall consider an application from Casey Leishman at 122 South 300 East for a variance to allow the construction of a shop on said lot. Property is in the RA-1 zone requiring an 1 acre lot, and said lot has 23,017 1/2 square feet making it a nonconforming lot.
