- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the City Office at 75 East Main. Said hearing shall begin at 6:30 p.m. The council shall receive pubic input, then consider for approval a totally rewritten 'Stormwater Drainage' code.
