Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 conduct the following public hearings: A. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Yoland Melo for a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a cleaning service business out of her home at 780 South 200 East. B. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Brady Larson for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate an appliance repair and installation business out of his home at 211 South 300 East. C. Receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on a request from Steve Kyriopoulos that the sign code be amended. D. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Steve Kyriopoulos for a conditional use to operate a restaurant and a farmers market on property at 685 East Main. 7. Continued discussion on developing a code whereby vacant commercial buildings in residential zones can be used, 8. Other zoning matters.
