GUNNISON CITY, UTAH GUNNISON CITY COUNCIL – PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – WEDNESDAY JUNE 2, 2010 @ 7:00PM – GUNNISON CITY OFFICES PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO GUNNISON CITY LAND USE ORDINANCES INCLUDING AMENDMENTS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AND THE CONSIDERATION OF A PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL AND CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN STANDARDS The Gunnison City Council will conduct four (4) Public Hearings, commencing at 7:00 PM, Wednesday June 2, 2010, in the City Council Room, Gunnison City Offices, located at 34 East 100 North Gunnison, Utah for the purpose of receiving comment on a proposed major redrafting and reformatting and including a number of significant amendments to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinances and administrative documents. The Public Hearings to be held are; 1)PUBLIC HEARING to consider significant revisions and amendments to the GUNNISON CITY DEVELOPMENT CODE and consider the adoption of a GUNNISON CITY ZONING ORDINANCE. 2)PUBLIC HEARING to consider significant revisions and amendments to the GUNNISON CITY DEVELOPMENT CODE and consider the adoption of a GUNNISON CITY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE. 3)PUBLIC HEARING to consider the adoption of a GUNNISION CITY ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL to accompanying the ZONING ORDINANCE AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE. 4)PUBLIC HEARING to consider the adoption of a GUNNISION CITY CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN STANDARDS to accompanying the ZONING ORDINANCE AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE. All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in these Public Hearings. Persons having any questions concerning this item may contact the Ms. Janell Braithwaite, City Recorder (435) 528-7969 during normal office hours. A copy of the proposed Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, Administrative Manual, and Construction and Design Standards are available at Gunnison City Offices, located at 34 East 100 North, Gunnison City, Utah and online at http://gunnisoncity.org/ In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accomodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at 435-528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
