- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCILL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the City Offices at 75 East Main. Said hearing shall begin at 6:30 p.m. They shall receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible action on a request from Steve Kyriopoulos that the sign code be amended.
