MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m.; the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2016 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on Slaterville Commercial Subdivision located at 700 North 2000 West. 4. Discussion/action on site plan at approximately 1800 West 400 North for Pioneer Road Fuel Mart. 5. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting Chapter 15.09: Excavation and Clean Fill Regulations. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending Chapter 13.35: Sign Regulations. 7. Commission and staff follow-up. 8. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about September 15, 2016.
