NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1) Review proposed 2011 Budget – Gary Keddington 2)Discuss Water Rate Tiers 3)Proposed Corrections and Preventive Maintenance of City Water lines 4)Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes Open and Closed for May 5, 2010 5)Review Resolution 2009-6 regarding Cemetery Fee Schedule- Define City Resident 6)4th of July Celebration 7)Personnel – Hiring of Part-Time Seasonal Maintenance Employee and Pool Lifeguards 8)Review Applicants and Appoint New Member to Fill Council Vacancy as per State Law (UCA 20A-1-510) 9)Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 10)Bills and Adjustments 11)Closed Session 12)Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
