Description/Agenda: Beginning at 6:05 p.m. the 4 public hearings shall be conducted in the following order: 1. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Yolanda Melo for a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a cleaning service business out of her home at 780 South 200 East. 2. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Brady Larson for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a appliance repair and installation business out of his home at 211 South 300 East. 3. Receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on a request from Steve Kyriopoulos that the sign code be amended. 4. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Steve Kyriopoulos for a conditional use to operate a restaurant and farmers market on property at 685 East Main.
