NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Thursday September 1, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor Ward Dotson will open stating time and date: 1. Approve Minutes from the August 4, 2016 council meeting 2. Legend Solar: Travis Gillins & Derrik Shakespeare proposal on what it would cost or save to switch the Town Hall, Library and Sr. Center to solar power. 3. Arleen Mechem: Concerns over the odors of neighboring business. 4. Hire new crossing guard for elementary school. 5. Employee cell phone 6. Pay bills 7. Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Fence at spring 2. Chlorine building at spring 4. Water tank property 5. Snow plow CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY & POSTING I, Cherie Wood, Minersville Town Clerk hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within Minersville Town on this 29th day of August, 2016.
