- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a special council meeting on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Executive session to discuss personnel 5. Possible appointment of a city manger/recorder and other related matters as a result of the appointment
