Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISION shall conduct 4 public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. the 4 public hearings shall be conducted in the following order: 1. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request form Jeff & Bridget Udy for a conditional use for a 3 dog kennel at their home at 380 South Center. 2. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Katie Christensen for a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to provide bookkeeping service from her home at 563 North 850 East. 3. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request form Jen Undhjem for a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a cleaning business out of her home at 321 South 200 West. 4. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Marcie Suchow for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a cosmetology salon out of her home at 851 East 675 North.
