NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold a Work Session, Public Hearing and its Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 BUDGET WORK SESSION 6:00 p.m. - Meeting Called to Order - Mayor Jimmie Papageorge REGULAR MEETING Meeting Called to Order - Pledge of Allegiance Public Hearing as Advertised - Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Vacate Lot 2 Heritage Farms Subdivision and Lots 1-R, 2-R and 3-R of Steve Burgess Subdivision and the associated easements located at approximately 2000 Heritage Drive 1. Motion - Close Public Hearing and Proceed with Regular Meeting 2. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated May 5, 2010 3. Report from Planning Commission 4. Motion - Approval of Home Occupation Business License - Freeze Frame Photography 5. Motion - Approval of Business Licenses - Epiphany Creations - Hal Hayman,Rush Truck Centers of Utah, Inc 6. Motion - Approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a Kennel License for Glenda Savikis 7. Motion - Vacate all of Lot 2, Heritage Farms Subdivision and Lots 1-R, 2-R and 3-R, Steve Burgess Subdivision and associated easements located at approximately 2000 Heritage Drive 8. Motion - Approval of Resolution #2010-04, A Resolution Vacating Lot 2, Heritage Farms Subdivision and Lots 1-R, 2-R and 3-R Steve Burgess Subdivision and associated Easements 9. Motion - Preliminary and Final Approval of Seasons Estates Subdivision Located at Approximately 2000 Heritage Drive 10. Motion - Approval of Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Seasons Assisted Living Facility, Contingent upon Approval of Conditional Use Zoning Change 11. Motion - Set an Additional Budget Work Session if Necessary 12. Report from Council on Assignments 13. Approval of Bills 14. Adjournment
