Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Garland City hereby gives notice that on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at 8:00 pm at the Garland City Offices, 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah the Garland City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Garland City, parcel number 06-067-0053, within the areas defined in the Master Policy Declaration for future expansion by Garland City. The requested property zone is the Public Facilities Zone (PF) which will also be considered. The property is located at approximately 5420 West 12000 North in the unincorporated area of Box Elder County. The complete legal description as well as the plat map relating to the proposed annexation is available for review at the Office of the Garland City Recorder, 72 North Main Street, Garland Utah. ____________________________________ Sharlet Anderson, City Recorder
