2. Public Hearing: On the request of Nate Shipp, representing MREC DAI Edelweiss, LLC. for approval of a Preliminary Plat for the Edelweiss subdivision located on roughly 61.052 acres in the MPCE (Master Planned Community - Edelweiss) zone at approximately 2025 E. Stoneleigh Heights Drive. This application is otherwise known as the Edelweiss Preliminary Plat Request, Application #150428-2025E-1.
