Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct 2 public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. the 2 public hearings shall be conducted in the following order: 1. Receive public input regarding an application from Nicholas Fisher for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' for power washing operated out of his home at 664 North 850 East. Then consider approval of the conditional use. 2. Receive public input concerning an application by Hyrum Lanez that the code be amended to allow crematory services as a conditional use in the RA-1 zone. Then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on said request.
